I agree with sourland. It looks like a pullet but the color of its comb at such a young age is a little worrisome. So give it a few more weeks and try again if you want to be absolutely sure.

Wanted to point out that this one is probably a cockerel, given the size and color of the comb. A couple more weeks will confirm.
