Most affectionate is Silkie or Orpington in my opinion (some silkies and some Orpingtons).

I've never had an affectionatre orpington--they have always been very standoffish. I don;t think there is a single breed that is most affectionate....I think it is an individual thing. I have had extremely affectionate silkies, araucanas, silkieX's, brahmas, plymouth rocks, even a bantam RIR.
