What is the soonest time I can get Embden or Sebastopol goslings?

Hello BYC! So I desperately want some goslings! And I thought that you could only get them in spring. I looked it up just for curiosity sake, and it said that domesticated geese start laying eggs in SEPTEMBER! Could I possibly get a gosling sooner than next spring? I know the Internet isn’t always right, so I thought I might ask people who actually own geese.

I've ordered goslings through both Meyer Hatchery and MPC. You should be able to start pre-ordering this fall. Some hatcheries will take your email address and notify you when birds are back in stock.
