I know at 1 week, 90 degrees. I am getting bantams, so what is it when they are 2-3 weeks. The way it is now, right below lamp, its 91

about 85-90 if right under the lamp is 91 and they can get around it to other sections of the brooder its fine.

you can pull it up to 85 ish after you have started the 3rd week

Well in my brooder, right by the light is 91.2, as you get further away it lowers. By the food and water, it is 80.1-81.2. This should be good. I am going to keep them in for several weeks. I don't have the coop built yet *I KNOW HORRIBLE* The hens I have that are standard are huge and any time I try introducing a new hen, they pull feathers, peck the vents, and everything. I don't think little sebrighs and japs could handle that. They are getting a coop similar to Erin's Corrolla (in small coops section)
