ok, we are getting alot of eggs now so I decided to fix some hard boiled eggs for breakfast. I did what I always do with store bought eggs but none of them peeled well at all.

What's the trick to fixing hard boiled eggs with fresh eggs? Anyone?

I never try to hard boil fresh eggs, I keep them in the fridge a few weeks and then they peel good. I have heard that this works but have not tried it yet-bring them to a boil, turn heat off and let them set for 8 minutes. then put in ice water.

to boil fresh eggs. get water boiling. POKE a hole in the BIG END of the eoo with a needle or a poking tool. you can get the tool for less than 3.00, below. boil for 10 minuits. take off fire & let sit for 15 minuits. then cool with cold water & they will peel perfect & easy every time I did 2 doz that was gathered this morning & they ALL peeled perfect!!
& easy to!!
If you need a hole poker (& you do) do a search for this
put in, fox run egg piercer , good thing right there
