one of your hens has gone broody and what breed was she? My silver phoenix girls was sitting on some eggs today for a few hours but she is only 19 weeks and just started laying a week & 1/2 ago so I was trying not to get my hopes up.

Some of my Silkies have gone broody a month or 2 after they started laying, so around 6-7 months old.
