What is this baby?

6 weeks what breed and pullet or cockerel? this was 2 weeks ago the only thing that has changed is he/she has more brownish feathers.

Don't know the breed for sure. Maybe easter egger mix? Looks like a pullet to me.

I don't know, but it doesn't look Like an Easter egger to me. It doesn't have olive legs or the pea comb.

i got it through meyers hatchery... i think it is a pullet too... wish i could figure out the breed

Maybe a speckled Sussex mutt?

Sorry about the EE suggestion, it's really the only chicken I've ever had... I don't know what most other breeds look like.

Perhaps a Salmon Faverolle? I looked at Meyers, and that was one of the rare breeds.

I was thinking the same thing with the breed. I bought the fry pan bargain and that is one of the breeds they send.... Can't wait to see what it turns out to be... love a surprise!
