What is this bantam? I've never seen this color!

That's because Hoovers is like the Sherwin Williams of chickens. They're mixing all the things.

He died at about 4 days old not sure why, just dead in the brooder while others were fine. I lost a couple that way this year, including another sweet one. They had room, food/water, controlled heat etc. Almost all of the chicks I got from hoovers/rural king were in bad shape. I lost easily 1/3 of them in the first couple days.
