What is this bantam pair?

Bought at an auction last month. She's sitting on eggs already. They are TINY> I thought they were a Dutch pair, but his legs don't look the right color? They're very white.

Forgive me if I'm wrong (I haven't worked extensively with Dutch Bantams), but if they were pure, shouldn't they be showing slate legs and pure white lobes? Or is this typical for "lazy hatchery quality?"

That's why I wondered, the leg color. The hen does have blue legs but his are white.

If the hen's legs are slate, then I would say she's a Dutch Bantam - though not great quality. The rooster's ear lobes, legs, and body shape make me think mix. Maybe Dutch mix, but my inclination was toward something like an American Game bantam mix.
