What is this beak crud? (pics)

I was giving my polish pullet a hair trim and noticed this crud on her beak, top and the bottom looks ulcerated? I have been looking on the forum and is it canker? Wet Pox? Dry?Yikes!
Help me wise chicken masters!
I put some 3 way ointment on it. Should this chicken be isolated? Another (egglayer) pullet has a black wart on her growing comb. Also, these pullets are 24 weeks old and not laying yet.
