Looking at the other guesses, some people are saying rose comb, maybe its a blue hamburg?

Not sure what it is, but that comb looks single to me. Just a bad quality picture. If it is a blue orp, it's really terrible quality.

I'm guessing a blue orpington cross. How old is she? Her comb looks like it has been picked at and is missing pieces, but it's hard to tell from the picture.
