Can anyone help me identify these? They look like black aphids but they're all over my chicken run? If you know what they are, how do I get rid of them?

Are your chickens eating them?

I have no idea what they are, but if it were me, I'd spray with a Permethrin based poultry spray.

If you think they are aphids, then you can look up using Neem Oil which will probably take care of them.
