What is this bug? Should I worry? I only see them at night. And sometimes they are in my compost bin.

Are cockroaches dangerous to chickens? Will the chickens eat them? Will the cold kill them? My coop has no heater.

The birds may eat them. I have seen my birds eat them once in awhile.

They shouldn't hurt anything, the chickens will probably eat them, they are actually a decent protein source if they do catch them.
