What is this chick, EE? Roo?

Here's a chick my fiancé just got and I have no idea what it is.

I would say EE but not sure on rooster or pullet how old is it?

I have only had it for 2 days; it's almost 3weeks old. It's a gray and black colored feathering. I put it in with all the bigger 5-6 week olds and they are all pecking at it so I pulled him out. Will they leave him alone once they establish pecking order?
