What is this chicken pimple?!?

I rehomed a few excommercial girls a few weeks ago and yesterday I noticed one has developed this weird pimple thing on her breast. Any ideas what it is? Should I be worried and can I do anything for it?

Could be an ingrown feather in the feather follicle. I wouldn’t worry too much about it unless it becomes bothersome or gets larger
