What is this crazy feathered chick?!

Hi,
I bought this chick at TS thinking they gave me buff orpingtons, but I’m thinking I may have gotten Cochins as they have feathered feet.... Also, this one has different feathers than the rest? Anyone know what’s going on? I seen something about frillies having feathers like this....

I spelled it wrong in the original post, but I thought it was a frizzled Cochin also!! Yeah they picked them out for me and must of had the bin labled wrong as well. Because it said buff Orpington.

Thanks, that’s kinda what I suspected! I’ve never seen a frizzled chicken! Oh well, I really wanted the orpingtons as I’ve had some in the past I liked. I guess I will give the Cochins a try!
