What is this? Diarrhea?

anyone knows what this is? I'm pretty sure it came out of a duck. Is it a reason to worry?

No, but they all seem fine. I gave them some free choice charcoal and they love that stuff.

Okay, well If they were mine I would keep an eye out for more poop like that and watch for signs of one not feeling well.
