What is this? Emergency, help.

I dont know what this is, is it growing feathers? they look like tiny needles. it is a chick and i think it's 1/2 month old. I don't know the breed, but can anyone tell me is this something i should be aware about? It is very active and playful, eats and drinks well. Always wants to play. Molting feathers?? I don't know, please tell me if any of you know what this is.

Those are growing pin feathers.

when your chicken decides to grow them back they will come out in little shells first. When the shells get too small the feathers will pop out.. give your chicken some time and she will be back to mormal.
