Looks like a lash egg. Are any of your hens acting strange? How old are they?
That was my first thought then I was wondering if it was a shell less egg that maybe shriveled up through out the day in the heat? they just turned a year old in may
 
It might be an egg membrane. I've seen that a couple of times. It can be a new laying hen glitch, as their body gets the kinks worked out of their system.

If you cut it in half and see layers of a cheesy looking substance, that's lash egg material.

Search here on BYC for "lash egg" and "salpingitis," which is the technical term.

As for her age, yes, lash eggs can happen to young birds, but they're more likely to happen in older birds.
