What is this Frizzle?

i'm still new and just got this one today. I have no clue what it could be, surely a mix.
Also I can't tell if its a hen or roo, once i got it home and into its quartantine shelter its made only a few light sounding cackles, nothing like any roo i've heard before. When I picked it out I thought it was roo though.
It has a rose comb, white earlobes, feathered feet and legs, and black skin on its feet and its rather tall (about 18-22inches)

Could be a Sizzle! A frizzled silkie. Hard to tell by the small pic.

Yep, looks like a Sizzle. They're Silkie x frizzled Cochin.

that's great I always thought those were cool looking birds, If he mates with other breed hens could the chicks be frizzled too?

Yep. 50% of them will be.

this is a slightly better pic.
he has the comb of a redcap but the earlobes of a minorca, and black skin and feathered feet. Does anyone know what he is?
Def a Rooster I have named him Friz.

He is definitely a sizzle. Google image search black silkie rooster and you will see that most also have the white earlobes. My white silkie rooster also has them. The large non uniform comb is the result of being mixed with a non walnut combed frizzle. I have frizzles and silkies and now sizzles.

mate him with a silkie and see if you can get a frizkie...
