What is this gorgeous chick?

It's about 3 1/2 weeks old, can anyone tell me the breed and sex? It is mostly white and the feathers are tipped with brown, grey and a little black. The camera doesn't do the plumage any justice, it's much prettier in person.

My next door neighbor is a Jr. High science teacher, and they hatched eggs from a local farm. She brought me 6 chicks and it sounds like they're turning out to be most, if not all, cockerels. I am so bummed!!
