What is this gross “poop”?

Just found this in the nesting boxes. No hens are showing signs of lethargy. Any ideas?
Just to add, it’s obviously not poo it looked just like raw chicken meat

Could be intestinal shed (which is normal) but it does seem like an abnormal amount. Also seems suspicious because it was in the nesting box. Wait for more opinions.
