What is this guy, besides loved?

Can you tell me what breed this little rooster is? (pretty sure it's a roo) He came from McMurry as the free "rare breed" chick and is 3 month's old.

It would be easier to confirm if the bird could actually be completely seen, but someone has too tight of a grip.

Thank you. Silver Leghorn. That explains why he is so flighty. We named him Freak cause he freaks out when you go near him. Calms down when you hold him though.
