Im thrown because the skin seems white, feet dont seem yellow.
The breed is "Jersey Giant," the color is Black or Blue or Splash.by the way it's just "Blue Splash Giants". Jersey means black, I think. I've only heard Blue Giant, White Giant, ect.
No Jersey Giant.. Have 11 minus one the dogs ate.. They be big, the rooster is the Jolly Black Giant of the school yard.. OMG! but nice..I bought hatching eggs and this guy doesn't seem to fit with jersey or australorp? It's eyes are amber and bright. Skin is white. Blue feathers with darker lacing, a few white feathers on wing tips.View attachment 2624034View attachment 2624036View attachment 2624037View attachment 2624038View attachment 2624039
I agree with everything mentionedHis feet looked a bit yellow to me, in the photos. But I know that color can look different in person.
I would probably keep him a bit longer to see.
Skin can get more yellow with age, especially if the chickens eat plenty of green plants. So that might be why your older ones have more obvious yellow. (White skin should stay white, no matter what they eat.)

But people sometimes skip the "Jersey" to shorten it.
For evidence, here are three sources I trust, that call the breed Jersey Giant:
