Mottled birds start as mostly black and get more white as they mature. By the time she is old she will be mostly white.

She's a mottled Java. She looks just like our chicks. Below is a pic of one of our Java roos at approximately 8 weeks old.

And here is a general pic of several breeds that we have (at the same age) including the mottled Javas (all of the black/white ones).

Here earlobes appear to be the same color as her comb...PINK...I stand by my statement that she is a mottled java.
