What is this medicine?

Hi,
I got this medicine from a hatchery. He told me this can treat anything for chickens. Cold, watery eyes, Coughing, sneezing....
it is a blue color pill with no name.
Anyone know what kind of medicine this is?

If it has no markings, it's probably some sort of home formulation, at least if you are in the US.

How did the person at the hatchery tell you to use it? The way it was described to work almost has to be an antibiotic. Water soluble antibiotics for livestock are no longer legal to sell without a prescription. I have never seen one in pill form, so I wonder if it's some kind of fish antibiotic.
