Right but when he gave it to you how did he tell you to use it? Did he say to give it straight to a chicken, crush it and put in water, something else?

I would contact the hatchery that gave it to you and ask what it is specifically. I personally would not want to give them something unless I knew exactly what it was, and what they are suggesting it's for.

You can also search pill identifier online. A good site has sections to enter all the specs (shape, color, and markings if any)and it can tell you what you have. I'm not sure about drugs for animals, but it'd be interesting to see what it might come up with.

They do sell oxytetracycline Terramycin Scours tablets for cattle in feed stores. But I have no idea what the blue tablet is.

He told me To give them directly to the chicken.
He said give 1/2 dose to normal cold, sick, Diarrhea... everything. That is what he said” magic pill ”.
But for my hen, he said give 1 pill and maybe another pill the day after if need.
My hen is coughing, no sound, just air cough. Sometime, it has some mucus from her noise.
