What is this?!? Mutant chicken?

She is fr McMurray. We got 16 on June 30 and she seemed normal until others got wings and feathers. Do they make hairless chickens?! She won't survive September in this climate! We were expecting a bonus exotic but trying to figure out if this is it or if she is a mutant.
