It is a little hard to tell, but it could be fowl pox or feather cysts, maybe even tumors. Could tell us how old she is, your general location, if you have mosquitoes out now, and some more pictures in focus in good light might be helpful. Can she see her food and water? How long has she had this?

She is 6 years old yes she's eating and drinking like normal and barely noticed it In west texas

You all have a lot of fowl pox down in TX, so that would be a good possibility. Pox is a virus carried by mosquitoes, and lasts around 3 weeks. There is a vaccine available for those not exposed, by she would be immune to it in the future. Here is some reading about it:
