Poor dude started limping a few weeks ago, I thought he broke his leg.. braced it and didn’t have any luck. Checked on him several times and today I picked him up and he has this mass on his leg now. Any ideas? He didn’t have any wounds, etc. when I first brought him in. Coop is clean, no bullies, he’s not getting picked on.

Is that area hot, as in infected? Was he using this leg at all?

I would try soaking it first in warm Epsom salt water, then put him in a small area where he has to stay off of it, in a sling. B-Complex may help him, and he'd get half of a human one per day.

If it seems infected, he's going to need an antibiotic.

I hope he is going to be okay! Keep us posted!

How old is he?
Can you post a picture where we can see his spurs?

Long and sharp spurs can cause problems as they will breach the skin over and over again which over time can lead to severe injuries with inflammation, infection and even causing tumors.

He’s almost 2 years old.

The place isn’t hot at all, which is super surprising. He isn’t using it at all now. How do you suggest I sling it? The last time I did this, it didn’t work :(

I would not splint his leg again, but pen him in a wire dog crate to force rest. He may have an injury or sprain, or even a tumor. A chicken sling is where you suspend them to rest the leg, not a splint. I doubt if a rooster would tolerate a sling, so I would not recommend it. They are good for lame chicks or hens who are paralyzed, but he might fight a sling. A design is seen below. But here is a good link, especially posts 5, 11, and 12 with good examples:

Food and water are usually placed in front of a sling making eating more easy for lame chickens.
