What is this on newborn chick's butt?

I posted some pictures. Sorry I can't get the best angle or quality. I had to assist this one, the shell and everything was stuck to the bird, so I used coconut oil to get it off. It's chirping A LOT and walking around doing well to what I can see. I just don't know what is stuck to its butt or vent?

I also think I am panicking because I assisted when I read not to. So it could be that. I have severe anxiety.

It must be the umbilical cord. I’ve seen images of people helping chicks out and they still have their umbilical cord.

It may not be as strong as the others as it was helped out of the egg but I don’t think it will kill it
