What is this on the chicken's comb?

At first I thought it could be mites, but it's not. It's flat and now I'm seeing white spots. The one beside her also has a dark spot, but I couldn't get a good shot of her. I didn't notice any on the other two. But, when I looked back at a photo I took two weeks ago, I saw the beginning of the spot.

These are the two with the spots. If you look closely, you can see them. On Cinnamon you can see a line of white coming down her comb. Is that normal?

I do not have the spots, but I noticed a white line on my rooster's comb today also. We have started to have some 30 degree days, so I was wondering if it was frostbite? I will watch your replies. I may have to start the vaseline therapy for him

Jeesh....I just noticed a black blotch on my King too.... It's in between the points...not on the tips...

No white...just the black blotch. It wasn't there yesterday.

Black blotches look like peck marks to me. But im on my phone so pics are hard to see.

I was just searching and reading threads on frostbite...and just went out to the coop and removed the 8"x10" plexiglass window covering to add more ventilation to the coop.
