Any idea on what this is? I have been applying terramycin. Is it natural when ducklings start to get their feathers in?

Yes...They can get pretty awful looking when losing down and the feathers are slow to come in. No need to put medication on it.

Let them bath daily and water deep enough to dunk heads when eating.
