What is this poop?

I've read in a few places that this could be a kidney infection, but then I see it on others that it's just diarrhea.

No idea which hen it is. Only the 2nd time I've seen this. It's always on the floor, too. Not the roof of their coop (which they love to roost in).

Yes that looks like a cecal poop to me. They can be shiny, and range in color from yellowish to dark brown, usually are more staining and more odorous than normal poops. Droppings can vary so much, that it is best to watch for lethargic or standoffish behavior in trying to diagnose a sick chicken. Bright yellow droppings can be a sign of E.coli infection.
