What is this poop!?!

One of my new chicks was straining very hard to try to what I thought was poop, then is came out! Help! Can anyone tell me what it is? She is running around and playing with her siblings. (To me it looks like part of her intestinal track or ceca!)

To me that looks like a shaded intentional lining. I am not every experienced with poo so I could easily be wrong, but I have learned about it on other threads. If it is, then it is a good sign that the digestive track is working properly, so no need to worry! And welcome to BYC! We are very grateful to have you here!
