What is this silkie mix, mixed with?..

I have 4 silkies mixes.

They are a Nankin X Silkie, Their father are a Nankin bantam and mother are silkies. but I don't sure which mother are. because I have 1 blue, 1 black, and 1 partridge silkies hens.


This one is more alike hen. Also first hatched.

He got his father colors. He's one of twin.

another mixes silkie is a runt chick. I don't have a pic of it yet. but I will get one soon!

They are amazing chickens. They got friendly gene from their father and mothers.
Even I have their uncle too.. He's a nankin too!!

Mothers of the chicks, this picture are old, but that's what they looks like. blue and partridge have a beard and black don't.

Ok do they have to be mixed back to a silkie to have full silkie babies

If you want the silkie feathers, when you mix 2 silkie mixes half those chicks should have the silkie feathering, and if you mix the silkie mixes from that hatch together, or with different silkie feathered mixes, then most of those chicks would have silkied feathering...

Just keep crossing the ones that have the silkie feathering and eventually they all will.
