It kinda looks like the United States.
It's a defect in the shell producing part of the tract. It may be caused by illness, or may be due to injury. Is this new, or is she a new layer?
Nothing to do but wait and see if shell quality improves. There are some illnesses that cause permanent scarring to the reproductive tract leaving "pimples", porous shells, thin shells, wrinkled shells....
It kinda looks like the United States.
Those look like they are just calcium deposits, they generally list age/strain of the bird, defective shell gland, and (diet) excess calcium as the most common causes http://www.alltech.com/sites/default/files/alltech-egg-shell-quality-poster.pdf if it is just one bird doing it, would think it is just something going on with her, and not the flock's diet in general..
If she is just starting, it's most likely temporary.
