What is this stuff on the eggs I bought? xD

Hey guys! New to eggs, I bought some and a few of them have some weird "calcium pimples"?

Was wondering exactly what it was in case it indicated a nutrition deficiency, sickness, etc. as I also bought some adults that produced the eggs - unfortunately they're in pretty bad condition from being overmated ;( but they will get better

I would put them on good fresh bedding and a high protein diet, ditch the eggs produced for the first 2 weeks.

Toss them! We had eggs like that when the quail were sick when I was a kid. They need some TLC and in 2 weeks you should be good to go.

Thanks for the advice guys they are definitely getting tons of TLC! They're in my room since they're soooo scraggly with bald patches on their backs and necks, I'm not even sure all the feathers will come back.. one girl had this neurological looking thing going on where her head would rock fast front to back sometimes.. Was especially sad when she would drink (lol awww!!) but they're both acting great, lots of activity and talking and foraging and preening and after just a few days she's stopped doing the head thing!

One was laying those sick looking eggs I took a picture of and the other wasn't laying at all until a nice healthy looking one today, but still, what is wrong with the pimply eggs? I want to know what is causing it in case I can do something to help fix it instead of waiting to see if it changes then, if it ever happens again, I will know what to do
