What is this? Supposedly an EE. Roo?

It has ear muffs. Not a Wyandotte
I see no muffs, or beard.

Looks more like something I refer to as a "Baby Beard," which is just a secondary fuzz in the chin area that goes away as the bird ages. To know 100% if it's an EE, wait until about 12 weeks, & a beard will be more visible if it's small.
 
Could you get a front picture of the comb, to see if it’s a rose, pea, or whatever comb?
