what is this thing in the egg?

Is this a chalaza or a worm? Chickens have only been laying for 2 weeks, so getting used to how REAL eggs look ;-). It seems different than other chalaza, but we find that our fresh eggs are very different than store eggs -- brighter color, more durable shells, etc. No signs of worms in chickens, although I did worm with wazine in the spring as recommended by BYC. Thanks very much in advance for any advice!!

THANK YOU! Much appreciate an opinion from someone who isn't at their first chicken rodeo like we are! Relieved!!!!!!! (I'm one of those weird chicken ladies who cleans the coop morning and night, scrubs the water morning and night, lets them free range during the day but sneaks around putting DE in their favorite dirt holes.......)
