What is this tiny bantam?

This is actually my mom's bantam. It's the tiny grey one. It's several weeks old and the same age as the two other bantams in that pic. The other birds are peacocks. Any ideas?

Are those smaller than an average bantam? If not, why such a big size difference?

Definatly blue or lavender does look dutch.
Yes dutch are smaller.

OEGB= Old English Game Bantam.

Well she got it from a feed store, if that helps. Guessing it came from a big hatchery.

I'd say OEGB.. Dutch have white earlobes.
