What is this "vulturelike" chicken

Does anyone have any ideas what this chick might be,It came in a set of eggs I bought on Ebay,all the others hatched and were the breed supposed to be but this one is a mystery the seller isnt responding.I thought maybe Asil or shamo type because of the bald patches and the lack of feather on the chest

I think it's just feathering out badly......maybe give it a bit more time to finish this stage of growth and you'll have a better idea.

It is definitely oriental and the chances are good that it my never feathers on its chest where the breast bone is..
It could be any number of oriental breeds:
Asil, O-Shamo, Malay, Saipan, Burmese, Brazilian, even Madagascar (but they tend to be "nacked Neck").
Not knowing the breeder and or the breeds the breeder has it would be hard to tell the exact breed of oriental...
