No worries, Liz... better safe than sorry, anyways...

I went through tons of old threads and pics during my worm overload debacle though, and saw observed lots of pics of poo with worms and with 'secondary debris' that fell down and stuck to poo... after a while it gets easier to recognize from pics what's IN the poo and what could be just ON the poo...

And you are right about tapes having segments... these aren't broke up, but it's tapes from one of my chicks...

Thanks again. I might add that when I did notice this it was on the poop tray that I have in my coop. So the preening during the night makes sense. I'm going to look really good in my coop tonight and look on the ground to compare.

Worms are very nasty... and unfortunately most you won't actually see in the poop... I can attest to that one... :/

Frequent runny poops, foamy yellowy poops, excessive shed intestinal linings are better indications...

I only found that tape after I had treated the rest of my flock for other worms...
