What is this?

I went to tractor supply and bought some "silkies" well a week later they lost their feathered feet and started getting real feathers not silkie feathers. But they have black skin and 5 toes on each foot. I will put pics on I just want to know what these critters are.

TSC seems to be getting silkie mixes from somewhere. A few were posted on here last year too.
