what is this???

I candled my eggs today, which is day 6 and in one of them i seen the chick but then i seen a darker dot on it. Is this an eye or something? Is it bad if i didn't see this spot on the other egg?

Often around day 10 you will see something move in the egg as the bright light startles it.

yes it is probably the eye you see
