The little scabs in the first picture could be just dried blood from pecking, but the last one looks to be a mild case of cutaneous (dry form) of fowl pox.

Dry fowl pox is a viral disease often transmitted either by mosquitos, direct, or indirect contact with other infected birds, or scabs.

There is no treatment for Fowlpox, but luckily the virus will usually go away on its own in a few months. To prevent the surrounding tissue near the scabs from getting infected you can apply iodine a few times a day. If she is the only bird infected, you can administer a vaccine to the other birds to prevent further spread, and reduce clinical symptoms.

Keeping their feeders waterers clean, reducing the mosquito population, administering vitamins, are some additional measures to make sure the virus doesn't get out of control.
