It is a type of ringworm and can be transmitted to other birds and humans.
Treatment would be to isolate the infected bird and apply miconazole twice a day until the condition clears.
Please do look it up to see if symptoms match.
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
