What is this ?

I've noticed some of my chickens have started to get these like black marks on their comb... Is this normal ? I've also noticed theyve had rough looking feathers you can see in the picture (her neck) thinking it's just part of molting ? (In NB Canada)

Black dots like that may be peck marks or larger ones may be injuries from fencing. Fowl pox scabs can be beige, tan, dark, brown, to almost black.

Looks compellty normal. The bumps your seeing are pecking injuries from other hens showing her were she stands, an inevitable and perfectly normal occurrence when raising chickens. The feathers are likely from molting, new little pin feathers coming in to keep her warm. I see nothing concerning here.
