What is this?

A classic “what is this in my egg” question.
See picture. I haven’t come across it in any of my eggs before and wondering if anyone know what it might be?

looks like part of the reproduction tract, one of your hens is pretty sick

Sometimes when hens lay they slough off part of their reproductive tract lining which would be my guess.

Chickens are prey animals, which means if they act sick, they'd be the ones predators target.
So they hide it. And not all sicknesses look like 'being sick'.
It could just be fluke but if it happens again, she has a reproduction issue like an infection.

That’s true. I guess any illnesses I’ve dealt with have been evident. I forget that they hide it. Yeh it’s the first time I’ve seen anything like it. Will have to keep my eye on it. Thanks!
