Where are you located in the world?what is this? is this bad? and how can i remove this?
yes he has a big comb pretty big combWhere are you located in the world?
I assume the comb is large and folds over in that section, correct?
It's probably a yeast or fungal infection due to folding over, getting moisture, debris, etc. under there.
I'd swab it/clean it and remove the crusty and pus like material with Chlorhexidine or Povidone Iodine. Let dry. Clean daily. But try to keep the area dried up.
